Blogger Template Designer is very helpful and lets you tweak the blogger template without any fuss. Even if you don't have much idea about templates, this guides you visually to tweak the template as per your need. Template Designer provides a shortcut way to add custom css code to blogger template and the css code added will be attached to the blogger template file directly. Here are the steps to do so.
Step 1: Login to your Blogger Dashboard and goto Template » Customise.
Step 2: In the Blogger Template Designer window, click Advanced, scroll to bottom and click Add CSS.
Step 3: To the right side editor window, add the css code you want and click Apply to Blog.
You're done.
The css styles you have added will now be applied your blogger blog. Just click on View Blog and you can see now your blog design reflects the changes you have made through custom css code. In this way you can easily tweak the blogger template by adding your own css code through blogger template designer easily.
